Marketing CGIS for a London’s first co-living, mixed-use developments site near Denmark Hill conservation area.
Rbmp created both verified views and marketing CGIS for a 300-unit scheme consisting of co-working artists’ studios, boutique hotel accommodation and 47 properties including affordable living, within London’s first co-living scheme.
The site which is situated just south of the intersection of Denmark Hill and Camberwell New Road, is an area of key architectural interest in Southwark. The development was designed with the local community in mind and in order to create a positive impact on the town centre, by redeveloping the Valmar Trading Estate, which currently contains a number of dilapidated and vacant industrial buildings. rbmp were tasked with visualising the scheme from various site locations within the conservation area, including landscaping of public areas as well as creating AVR3 photorealistic verified views and internal courtyard CGIs.
