What are Verified Views?
Verified Views, also called Visually Verified Montage (VVM) and Accurate Visual Representation (AVR), are design visualisations of future schemes based on a combination of survey data, photography, 3D modelling, and computer generated images (CGI). In essence, they represent development proposals as realistic objects, relying on real-world perspectives, locations, and data to create physically-quantifiable objects within development site proposals.
While photomontages play a similar role in architecture, VVMs take it a step further by integrating various elements of modern digital and surveyor technology to present genuinely-accurate visual representations based on all available dimensional data. Sometimes called a Verified Photomontage, VVMs adopt similar techniques of photography integration into designs, however, while a photomontage is based on an imagined perspective, a VVM is a verifiable image based on highly-technical visualisations.

Verified View Classifications
Verified views planning involves 4 different classification options that determine the amount of detail present in the image, from AVR Level 0 with the least amount of detail, to AVR Level 3 with the highest amount of detail. Classifications are based on a cumulative scale where each additional level incorporates the details of the preceding level and adds its own visual elements to the image.
Each classification offers unique benefits at respective points in the design stages and allows architects and developers to test various mapping features against real-world data. By AVR Level 3, images will have materials, textures, colour, and even real-world lighting based on site surveys and digitally-mapped photography.

We utilise proposal data, drawings, and models to generate a 3D model of the development.
Using our collected survey data and camera location references, we are able to create virtual cameras surrounding the 3D model.
We render real-world photography with the virtual camera positions using surveyor data to achieve verified photography with lighting effects and positional accuracy within a 3D model.
Enhancements are applied to achieve realistic scale and appearance.
