Verified Photomontages visualising a 2 storey extension onto an existing building in Leicester.

Rbmp were tasked with visualising a two-storey extension onto an existing building on Andover Street in Leicester. A detailed photorealistic render was prepared which carefully matched the proposed extension with the existing external façade of the building and the surrounding landscape.

A number of Accurate Visual Representations [AVR3 and AVR1] were also prepared from various viewpoints surrounding the site, which included both rendered and wireline images. The AVR3 views were created in order to assist the client with their application for planning consent by providing a visual representation of the two-storey extension from a number of different viewpoints, in order to illustrate what the finished scheme would look like.
