Photomontages created for the development of a link road connecting a world leading manufacturing company with the A413.
Rbmp were instructed to prepare a series of photomontages for the link road connecting the Martin-Baker Aircraft Company site with the A413.
Martin-Baker is the world’s leading manufacturer of ejection seats, with over 70 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of crash worthy seats, which have saved around 7,600 lives and the company has received 11 Queen’s Awards for its work.
The project focused on the creation of a new Link Road, servicing the Martin-Baker Aircraft company. RBMP prepared photorealistic photomontages which visualised the new link road and roundabout and included proposals for site boundary including the incorporation of new tree species and foliage planting.
The photomontages were created to represent the changes from the Public Right of Way and access tracks along the main road. Key aspects of the visualisations included the new roundabout and entrance road, woodland removal, new tree and hedge planting. There were also visualisations created to show the widening and resurfacing of the existing track, the removal of trees along the existing boundary and a new close board fence with native hedge planting in front, the aim of which was to softening the views over the existing works, in keeping with the surrounding rural landscape.
